About Hoax.com

Mission Statement: Hoax.com is a user driven community serving as a platform for the healthy debate, discussion, as well as, challenging and defense of disputable claims, experiences and ideas. Through discussion with other users, as well as participation of guest experts in their respective fields, the community strives to find consensus while discerning fact from fiction.

Hoax.com uses the latest technology to bring you into the hottest discussions on what is real or not. There are many places that you can get information but very few places where you can actually sit and discuss, with your peers, varying view points. Academic discussions open lines of communication between individuals and groups with opposing views so that they will be exposed to and have an opportunity to find novel perspective. Whether you agree with someone or not is not the point. Acknowledging opposing positions and building relationships of trust based on common beliefs will further academic discovery, insight into the unexplained, and turn over the stones left unturned.

In a spirit of collaboration we ask our members to challenge everything and fear nothing. Fear is most often propelled by ignorance and the lack of education on a subject. That being said, there are, unfortunately, people in the world that willfully perpetrate Hoaxes on unwitting victims. While our viewpoint will remain neutral, our community works together to form a consensus on what is or is not a Hoax. The mysteries of the Universe will undoubtedly remain much that way, but with some teamwork and a little ingenuity, perhaps we can shed light on a corner or two.

The tools of Hoax.com are constantly being improved to give you the best experience, insights, and debate possible. Have fun…enjoy…and we'll see you on the boards.
