Legitimate employers do not send unsolicited emails. Basically if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. You should not respond to those e-mails because they are probably trying to scam you.

Abuse Report:
Secret shopping is a legit deal but what you describe sounds shady. They post job openings in the newspaper and you go in locally. If it was taht easy to make mad cash they wouldn't resort to sending spam.
