Has anyone noticed that there is no "Tom Chase" listed as a representative in the U.S. Congress? At least on the Thomas website with the Library of Congress. This is regarding "SD given back to the indians"

If there is no Tom Chase listed as a congressman with any government website, then there isn't one.
There is only one congressional representative for South Dakota and it is Stephanie Herseth Sandlin.
