Yes. Because of the club and its members€™ wealth, power, fame and influence, many have protested and are still protesting its secrecy. It has been a target of infiltration for many years, with the Bohemian Grove being a venue and a witness of a number of very important political and business deals. Among which is the Manhattan Project planning, which led to the development of the atomic bomb. One of the best known infiltration was that of filmmaker Alex Jones and Mike Hanson, his cameraman. They were bold enough to bring a camera and managed to secretly film one of the Club€™s rituals, the Cremation of Care ceremony. It is a ritual to exorcise demons and ensure successful weeks ahead. He featured it as a centerpiece of a documentary which he entitled, €œDark Secrets: Inside Bohemian Grove€, where he claimed that the ritual was €œLuciferian€.
